Figure 3 shows the customers’ evaluation of the company from figure 2 compared with the company’s evaluation of its own parameter performance. That is the figure shows how the company (the management group) believes the customers to evaluate its parameter performance.

It is of special importance that the customers evaluate the parameter performance at least as high as the company itself when it comes to parameters which have a relatively high priority from the customers. According to figure 3, the company seems to have a better image than expected; even the image in general is not good.
